Philadelphia Eagles have filed a tampering charge against Dallas Cowboys

KFFL reports:

Sun, 27 Nov 2005 09:32:27 -0800Jay Glazer, of FOXSports.com, reports the Philadelphia Eagles have filed a tampering charge against Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones for comments he made during a radio show about Eagles WR Terrell Owens. Eagles owner Jeffrey Lurie phoned the NFL commissioner Paul Tagliabue to follow up on the claim and was told the league office was looking into it. The league office sent a memo out last week warning teams from directly and indirectly contacting Owens or talk about picking him up, something which makes the Eagles case against Jones stronger.
