The pink slips start coming Monday and retirements may come soon thereafter. Either way, there will be plenty of turnover among NFL head coaches. Here's a look at who's staying, who's going, and who isn't quite sure of either: link

Bill Parcells, Cowboys. Is he really ready to retire, as recent reports suggest? Or is Parcells playing the leverage game like only he can. Parcells is a master at making people guess about his future plans, which only enhances his value. Team owner Jerry Jones would like to see Parcells, 64, continue at least through next season. A potential replacement if Parcells does go: Offensive coordinator Sean Payton.
