David Lee, who served as the quarterbacks coach last year, has interviewed with the New York Jets to become their tight ends coach, according to a source. Lee, who has been with the Cowboys since 2003, lost his quarterbacks title when Chris Palmer was brought on board last month.

Also, the Cowboys signed safety Abram Elam, who was signed by Miami after last year's draft but cut in July. Elam was convicted of felony sexual battery in 2003 while a student at Notre Dame.
