Troy Aikman is one of six new Hall of Fame inductees

Troy Aikman is one of six new Hall of Fame inductees. The others are Giants LB Harry Carson, Oilers QB Warren Moon, Raiders coach John Madden, DE Reggie White, and Cowboys T Rayfield Wright.

Six players is the maximum number allowed in. Moon is a slight surprise because he missed so many good years to the CFL. Madden and Rayfield Wright were seniors committee nominees. Carson has previously said he wouldn't show up to Canton if elected. Thurman Thomas and Michael Irvin were among the final four players cut from the list. Feb. 4 - 2:17 pm et
