NFC East: Patrick Ramsey permission to visit the Jets, Lions, and Dolphins as possible trade candidates

The Redskins have given Patrick Ramsey permission to visit the Jets, Lions, and Dolphins as possible trade candidates.

If there is no CBA worked out Wednesday, Ramsey may just be released. It looks like he'll compete for a starting job somewhere in 2006, but is more likely to be a backup.
