Has Bledsoe has not fully recovered from his concussion he suffered in the preseason finale?

from Mickey Spagnola's blogsite:

Big Mo, Overland Park, Kan.: It appeared to me that Bledsoe was under-throwing everyone. He under-threw Julius Jones when he was wide open. He under-threw Terry Glenn when he was behind the defense. Both of these were likely touchdowns in the first half and would have put the game likely out of reach. I believe Bledsoe has not fully recovered from his concussion he suffered in the preseason finale. What are your thoughts?

Mickey: Now I do have my doubts the shot Bledsoe took, which wasn't termed a concussion, is having any effect on Bledsoe under-throwing receivers, as if he has lost his depth perception. But if you go back to that Minnesota preseason game, just a few plays before he suffered the head shot, it appears he came up grimacing after throwing an out pass. But you are right, he did under-throw those balls, and even the one he completed to Glenn for 51 yards, it looked as if he was tossing a javelin with the running start he needed to get the ball downfield.
