Parcells happy with Watkins' performance

Tom Orsborn, of the Express-News, reports Dallas Cowboys head coach Bill Parcells termed rookie S Pat Watkins' NFL debut at Jacksonville last week as solid. Parcells said Watkins might get less work tonight on special teams. "We probably played him a little too much on special teams in Jacksonville," Parcells said. "We weren't using him full time on defense because we had a couple of substituted packages there. But, for the most part, I have to be pretty happy with him."
