Cowboys Gear Up for Broncos

IRVING, Texas (AP) - Here are notes today from the Dallas
Cowboys, who on Saturday will host Denver in a preseason game:

-- Instead of working outside in 100-degree heat for the second
straight day, the Cowboys practiced inside their climate-controlled
bubble.

-- The last time Terrell (TER'-el) Owens faced Denver cornerback
Champ Bailey, T.O. caught a short hitch pass against Bailey and
turned it into a 91-yard TD.

That was October 2005, in the last game Owens played for
Philadelphia.

Owens and Bailey will have plenty of chances against each other
this week. The Broncos will be at Valley Ranch for two practices
each Wednesday and Thursday.

-- A skirmish broke out between linebacker Junior Glymph and
lineman Matthew Tarullo midway through practice.

So defensive end Jay Ratliff delivered a leaping forearm slam
onto the top of rookie center Trey Darilek's helmet.
