DMN Blog: Daily Newman and Ellis progress report

CB Terence Newman did more in practice today than he has since partially tearing his right plantar fascia.

"A lot more positive about his chances this week," Wade Phillips said, "but no guarantees."

OLB Greg Ellis did only individual drills again. Don't expect to see him on the field Sunday night.
