GAME: N.Y. Jets at Dallas
TIME: 4:15 ET

WHAT TO WATCH FOR: The Cowboys have an opportunity to become the franchise's first team to open the season 10-1. The Jets would like to put rookie CB Darrelle Revis on Terrell Owens, who is coming off a four-touchdown game. The Cowboys love to move Owens around; put him in the slot, in motion and outside. Revis knows that many teams lose Owens in those situations. Jets want to double Owens, but are also concerned with Dallas TE Jason Witten. Like they did in their upset win over the Steelers, Jets may spy Cowboys QB Tony Romo with LB David Bowens. It may work, considering Romo makes so many plays after avoiding the first rush and remains an accurate passer while on the move. Dallas will attempt to kick away from Leon Washington (three touchdown returns this season) whenever possible. Dallas wants to run the ball, hoping to get Marion Barber untracked. The Cowboys hope to bring inside pressure on Jets QB Kellen Clemens, who passed for 162 yards vs. Pittsburgh on Sunday.

CZAR'S SCOOP: This is a big day for Thomas and Julius Jones and their family. The two running backs from Big Stone Gap, Va. plan to have Thanksgiving with their five brothers and sisters, plus mother Betty and father Big Thomas. Betty will do all the cooking. The two brothers were major high school stars in a predominantly white rural town of 6,000. The Jets believe they will be without WR Laveranues Coles (high-ankle sprain), meaning that Brad Smith must step up. Jets rookie ILB David Harris leads the team with 64 tackles. Jets NT Dewayne Robertson will be relieved at times by Sione Pouha because of a sore knee. The Jets are pretty beat up after a physical, overtime win over the Steelers. Old Cowboys WR Frank Clarke, 74, is actually rooting for Terrell Owens to break his 45-year-old record of 14 touchdown catches in 1962. Clarke was also the Cowboys' first 1,000-yard receiver. T.O. has 12 touchdown catches and trails only Randy Moss in touchdowns and receiving yards.
