The base value of suspended CB Pacman Jones' four-year contract with Dallas is $13.3 million

He can earn $700,000 in 2008, but only if he is reinstated. Pacman's '09 and 2010 salaries are $1 million and $3 million. He can get roster bonuses of around $250,000 in both those years. If performs at a Pro Bowl level during his first three years, Jones' 2011 salary can jump to the franchise tender.
