The Cowboys say they were aware of Terrell Owens' placement in the NFL's "reasonable cause" steroids testing program before signing him to a four-year, $34 million contract last week.
"This was a procedural matter that was resolved last week," Jerry Jones said. "We had no reservations about extending his contract. We signed Terrell to the new contract, because there are no issues with Terrell." The Cowboys aren't worried about T.O. missing time in 2008 and neither are we.
