Tony Romo (pinkie) returned to Cowboys practice on Wednesday

Dallas is currently on a bye, but this is a strong indication that Romo will be ready for Week 11 at Washington. He's been cleared after the Cowboys held him completely out of practices for the last two weeks. Romo practiced with a small splint on his hand, throwing passes and giving handoffs.
