Jones ‘Embarrassed’ By Loss
From Brian Davis of The Dallas Morning News:
Jones was emphatic when asked how he felt about Sunday’s loss to the Eagles.
“The facts are I’m very embarrassed. Very embarrassed,” Jones said Tuesday on KTCK-AM.
But Jones also said he believes Phillips can make the necessary changes required to get the Cowboys back into the playoffs.
“There are many ways to go about trying to win in the National Football League,” Jones said. “The way we are going and the way we’ve gone is not working. So we have to look at doing it differently. Let me say this: I believe Wade Phillips can change.”
