Dallas Cowboys OL Marco Rivera returns home
NFL.com wire reports:
IRVING, Texas (Dec. 19, 2005) -- Cowboys offensive lineman Marco Rivera flew home after spending the night in a Washington-area hospital for further evaluation after a frightening head injury.
"He's doing pretty well," coach Bill Parcells said Monday. "The tests, all the scans and things he had, were negative. So now it's just a question of his comfort and how he's feeling on a day-to-day basis." Good news for Rivera as he escaped what looked like could have been a very serious injury.
