Cowboys signed practice squad players wideouts Tom Crowder, WR J.R. Tolver and WR Jamaica Rector, guards Shannon Snell and Matthew Tarullo and running back Keylon Kincade for 2006.Neither Tolver or Crowder has shown much promise as a pro yet.
