INDIANAPOLIS - Neil Simon didn’t envision this when he penned The Odd Couple, but so far the strangest sighting at the National Football League Scouting Combine occurred on Friday afternoon when Cowboys coach Bill Parcells and agent Drew Rosenhaus were seen going to lunch.
Together.

Rosenhaus has a large stable of NFL clients, including most notably Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Terrell Owens. Owens, who is expected to be cut by the Eagles soon, will then be a free agent.

Whether or not a conversation between Parcells and Rosenhaus means the Cowboys might be interested in obtaining Owens is a stretch. But what isn’t a stretch is that the Cowboys are looking for additional receiver help.

The Broncos have already reportedly shown an interest in obtaining the sometimes volatile Owens, who has burned bridges while playing for the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles.
