Cowboys walking into a tough spot in Jacksonville

It's showtime. The curtain will rise on the Dallas Cowboys ' 2007 campaign on Sunday at Jacksonville. The Jacksonville Jaguars would be a tough opponent for a team that has been together for a while, much less the Cowboys, who have added a lot of new players. Here are some major questions that Cowboys fans will be looking to have answered.
The Bledsoe - Owens combo
Will Drew Bledsoe and Terrell Owens be in sync after barely playing together in the preseason? And if Owens doesn't get enough balls thrown his way, how will he react?
Mike Vanderjagt
Bill Parcells has made it clear that he will only bring one kicker to Jacksonville. Will that player be Mike Vanderjagt? And if it is, how effective will he be on kickoffs? Will the former Colt blow another big field goal? And if that should happen, will Parcells blow a gasket on the sidelines?
Offensive line
Will the offensive line be able to handle an extremely physical Jaguars front seven? How will the ailing Flozell Adams play and who will spell him? Will Tuna throw rookie Pat McQuistan to the lions in a hostile environment, or will he opt for an experienced Jason Fabini? How will Anthony Fasano handle his H-back duties? Can he stay away from false start penalties? If Fasano has trouble, does Lousaka Polite see any time at fullback?
Halfbacks
Will the more explosive Julius Jones lose carries to the better blocker, Marion Barber, due to pass protection concerns?
Greg Ellis
After publicly moaning about moving to linebacker during the offseason, how will Ellis perform at his new position? And will he be able to pass cover if need be?
Free safeties
Will Keith Davis get the majority of snaps at free safety or will rookie Pat Watkins see any significant time?
Bobby Carpenter
Will the highly touted first-round pick from Ohio State play more than a handful of snaps?
It should be fun to see how these issues play out. Now toss the coin and let's play some football!
