Parcells wasn't happy with his team's nine penalties

- Bill Parcells wasn't happy with his team's nine penalties, but he said four or five of them were for too much "aggression."
He's a little more lenient when he feels like a player was attempting to do the right thing than when someone makes a dumb mistake.

- Parcells gave a detailed explanation for what went wrong on Rock Cartwright's 100-yard kickoff return. He said that two players who were supposed to go above the wedge took the wrong angle.
Who were the culprits? Look no further than Al Singleton and Kevin Burnett.
