IRVING - Cowboys receiver Terrell Owens is toning down his celebrations to avoid being fined. He’s also trying to stay focused on improving, he says.

After his 51-yard touchdown catch at Arizona, Owens lifted his arms out to the side and then put his hands together over his head signaling his initials, T.O.

"That’s all I can do right now without getting fined,” Owens said. "Maybe I can get the crowd involved and they can follow suit.

"Right now I’m trying to be focused and trying to play better for the team and play better for my team.”

Owens, who had two drops against Arizona, was fined $5,000 by the league for his mock-sleeping celebration against Washington.
