Werder says Dallas is after Phillips

ESPN's Ed Werder said on Randy Galloway's radio show that the Boys are in the process of getting permission from the Chargers to speak with Wade Phillips.

Boys are looking to get Jason Garrett into the organization in some capacity. Per Werder, this is a priority.

Other assistants are being persued by other teams and Jerry is turning away any team until we get our own house in order basically.

Speculation that the Browns contacted Jerry about Tony Sparano.

Jerry is forcing assistants to honor their contacts for now.
