ESPN: Cowboys coaching search coming to conclusion?

Jerry Jones interviewed Indianapolis Colts assistant Jim Caldwell on Wednesday, but talk swirls around Wade Phillips being the front-runner for the job. ESPN’s Chris Mortensen (and earlier Len Pasquarelli of ESPN.com) thinks that an announcement could be made in the next 24-hours.

This also coincides with an earlier report that another front-runner Norv Turner of the San Francisco 49ers doesn’t think that new Dallas offensive coordinator Jason Garrett isn’t ready.
