Cards line up free agents visits

The Cardinals, not surprisingly, are looking at cornerbacks at the start of free agency.

Former Eagles cornerback Roderick Hood will have a visit Sunday with the team, a source said Friday. The website profootballtalk.com is also reporting that former Rams cornerback Travis Fisher will visit Tempe as well on Sunday.

A Dallas source said the Cowboys are deep into negotiations with Cardinals free-agent lineman Leonard Davis, meaning Davis' tenure in Arizona may be nearing its end. Davis could play either guard or tackle for the Cowboys, depending on how the rest of free agency plays out. Davis has long wanted to play in Dallas, which is close to his hometown of Wortham, Texas.
