DMN Blog: Tony Romo showed up at Davis' PC, talks offense
Pardon me
During Leonard Davis' press conference, quarterback Tony Romo poked in to offer some congratulations.
"I can see nobody is paying attention to me," owner and GM Jerry Jones joked.
Romo shook hands with Davis, Jones and coach Wade Phillips. Afterward Romo said he was glad to see the Cowboys shore up the offensive line, first with the re-signing of Andre Gurode and then with Davis.
He added this gem on Davis which was unintentionally funny: "He's got a Larry Allen-type chest, so that got me excited."

More Romo-speak
Tony Romo has been a frequent visitor to Valley Ranch and is getting accustomed to new offensive coordinator Jason Garrett.
"I think he's very bright," Romo said. "He's a charismatic kind of guy. In talking to him I think he's got a good mind of the game just in the meetings. We've sat down to get on top of this new offense. I think we're going to do some good things. He's got a lot of new stuff, and he'll provide us the ability to do more stuff."
Romo said the changes will be mostly in terminology and the in-game changes to plays might be a little easier.
