Terrell Owens was paid a $3 million roster bonus Friday, as expected

The Cowboys pretty much guaranteed themselves they'd pay T.O. the money once his $5 million option bonus was picked up in March. Owens hasn't been at voluntary practices but is fully recovered from finger tendon surgery.
