Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens is suing a New York nightclub for allegedly using his name and likeness in advertising.
In the lawsuit filed in Manhattan, Owens claims the Avalon nightclub "extensively advertised, promoted and marketed a party to the public in general and in particular to consumers making use of night club services that Owens) would appear ... and host a party," the New York Post reported Tuesday.
