Receivers match up well with Bills DBs

[Tony] Romo and fellow wide receiver Patrick Crayton both played well against the Rams. The offensive line also did a great job of pass protecting and run blocking for Julius [Jones] and Marion [Barber].
With that being said, our offense still tends to start the game a little slow. As I said earlier this week, I really don't know why we start slow, but we have to get that aspect of our offense turned around. I will do my best tomorrow night to get started early in the first quarter so that we won't have to rely on the second half.
Last Sunday was not a great game for me individually, but overall it was a great game for the team. And that is more important.
On the flip side, our defense is coming off of another strong performance. Despite an injury to Anthony Henry, they are making us a complete team and a force to be reckoned with.
We are where we want to be, at 4-0 right now and atop the NFC East.
Our first goal is to win our division and then try to secure home-field advantage throughout the playoffs. But that's a long ways ahead, and we need to focus on this week just as we have been doing the past four games.
When ownership, management, coaching, players and fans are all together, we can't lose.
We play Monday night on national television against the Bills. Rookie QB Trent Edwards is getting the start after J.P. Losman was knocked out of the game with a tough hit to the knee against the Patriots two weeks ago. Edwards and rookie RB Marshawn Lynch are playing well together as they are coming off of a big win against AFC East Division rival Jets.
I think the Bills are going to be tough because they have good skill position players on offense with talented receivers [Lee] Evans, [Josh] Reed and [Roscoe] Parrish. Lynch is running the ball well, so they can be dangerous. Our defense will be up to the task.
On defense, their line gets good pass rush with [Aaron] Schobel and [Chris] Kelsay. They have a good secondary with [Jabari] Greer and [Terrence] McGee, but this is where we will find the chink in their armor. Our receiver corps matches up well against them, and I see that as a tough task for them.
The biggest X-factor is that it is Monday Night Football in Buffalo. Any team that plays at home on Monday night is going to be jacked up. But, we love to play on Monday night as well, and it will be a good test for our team.
America will be getting their popcorn ready to watch this show.
