IRVING, Texas - Anthony Henry is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Philadelphia after practicing on a limited basis this week, but the Cowboys cornerback said after Friday's practice he plans to play against the Eagles.
"Either way I'm going to go anyway," said Henry, who has missed the last three games with a high ankle sprain. "It's important for me to be out there for the game. I practiced well enough and did some things well enough to be able to go Sunday."
Cowboys head coach Wade Phillips didn't confirm Henry would be active Sunday, but has been encouraged by Henry's increased practice workload with the third-down defense.
"He does have to get it warmed up pretty well, but after that he seemed to move around OK," Phillips said. "He's definitely going to travel and we hope he plays some."
Terence Newman and Jacques Reeves likely will start Sunday night, but Henry could help in nickel and dime situations much like Newman did when he returned from a plantar fascia injury earlier this season.
