Cowboys-Browns opener just got bigger

Posted by ESPN.com's James Walker

As Hashmarks team captain Matt Mosley astutely pointed out, the Dallas Cowboys and HBO both received positive news with the NFL's (almost) reinstatement of cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones. It looks like a complete re-entrance to the league is on the horizon.

But there are two more beneficiaries: The Cleveland Browns and the FOX Network.

Cleveland hosts the Cowboys in a national 4:15 p.m. game on Sept. 7 that should be one of the most intriguing matchups in week one. Both teams are coming off double-digit victories in 2007.

If Terrell Owens and Tony Romo coming to Cleveland wasn't enough, the Browns and FOX now have another selling point: Come see Pacman's first game back.

Jones' Dallas debut won't be easy. The Browns are expected to have one of the league's top passing games led by quarterback Derek Anderson, receiver Braylon Edwards and tight end Kellen Winslow Jr.--all Pro Bowlers.

Cleveland also added deep threat Donte Stallworth in free agency and will use veteran Joe Jurevicius in the slot as the No. 3 receiver. It will be interesting to see Jones matchup against Cleveland's many weapons so early in the season.

In addition to the secondary, Jones also was very good in the return game and could be an immediate threat in that capacity.
