Cowboys to Use Felix and Pacman Jones at the WR Spot?

by Matt Loede

The Dallas Cowboys are all about flash and style, and this past offseason one of Jerry Jones’ goals was to add a few players who would bring that. The owner feels he did that with bringing in Felix Jones in the draft and making a deal for troubled CB Adam “Pacman” Jones, both of which could see some time at the wide out spot.

ProFootballTalk.com is reporting that both players may see time as pass catchers this season, giving Tony Romo more weapons at his disposal to go along with stud WR Terrell Owens. “I’m very comfortable with it,” said Felix Jones. “Right now, they’re just getting me introduced to it. They’re just showing me some of the things that I can do in the future.” You know if they are working on it now, they will work on it and use it during the season.

As far as Pacman goes, getting him the ball in open space is not a bad idea whatsoever. He showed in his limited time he was able to play with the Titans and if you can get him the ball, he can take advantage of getting out and using his talent to take it to the house. Look for the Cowboys to tweak using both players a lot during the 2008 season as pass catchers as well as at RB and cornerback.
