NFL Player reports for September 17: Cowboys only
Source: Sports Network
Roy Williams, DB, Dallas Cowboys
Williams broke his right forearm during Monday's game against the Eagles and will miss 3-4 weeks with the injury. Dallas' revamped team defense already hasn't looked very impressive and this situation will not help them one bit. Williams is not very strong in coverage, but he is a fearless hitter in the secondary. Teams playing the Cowboys won't have the same concerns about his replacement, Patrick Watkins.
Jason Witten, TE, Dallas Cowboys
Witten reportedly suffered a mild shoulder separation in the first half of the Monday night game but was on the field for the second half. He finished with seven catches for 110 yards.
Insight: You'd never have known while watching him that he was hurt. That should mean he'll be fine for next week.
