Sam Hurd signed a one-year, $1.54 million tender with the Cowboys on Monday, according to the team's official site.
Our View: Hurd should enter 2009 as the Cowboys' No. 4 receiver behind Roy Williams, Patrick Crayton and Austin Miles, assuming Miles signs his tender as well. It would take an injury for one or two of the guys ahead of him to gain fantasy relevance.
