Tony Romo and Roy Williams is still "a work in progress"

ESPN.com reports that the quarterback to receiver combination of Tony Romo and Roy Williams is still "a work in progress."
Our View: This is a little bit odd considering they already played with each other for ten games in 2008, but chances are the talented duo will have things figured out by the time the regular season starts. Williams stands to gain the most, and could be headed for his most productive season ever playing in the Cowboys explosive offense with a Pro Bowl quarterback throwing him the ball. At the very least, he should vastly improve on his pedestrian 2008 numbers of 36 receptions and 430 yards.
