News Wire: Barber expected to play Sunday
From the Dallas Morning News:
During [Cowboys] practice owner and general manager Jerry Jones said he expected Marion Barber to play Sunday at Denver, and during his post-practice press conference Wade Phillips said the same thing.
"[Barber] said he felt like he'll be ready Sunday," Phillips said.
For the first time since suffering the quadriceps injury Barber was able to take part in a full practice on Thursday. He was limited last week, which ultimately led to the Cowboys deciding to rest him against Carolina.
The key will be how he returns from today's workout for Friday's light work out.
