The Dallas Morning News reports that Robert Brewster will not play this season due to a torn pectorals.
Our View: Brewster was signed to a multi-year contract despite tearing the muscle in mini-camp. The Cowboys had hoped that he could return this season, but now that assuredly will not happen. Dallas has a strong offensive line and don't really need him this year anyway. Expect him to compete for a backup spot next season.
