After a rough workout Thursday, Friday's practice pleased coach Bill Parcells. "Practice was superior today compared to yesterday ... it would've been hard to be worse than that," Parcells said. "Roosevelt Junior High could've played better than yesterday." Parcells ran Friday's practice using the 40-second play clock to speed up the tempo. He normally saves that for the final practice of the week to get his team game-ready. He said 90 percent of the plan for the Eagles has been installed. "I thought it was much better," said tight end Dan Campbell, who brought the team together before practice. "I thought guys were sharp."
