Norm Hitzges on "the Ticket": Dallas Cowboys
Talkin to Norm and has made some interesting points:
* Says there will undoubtedly be coaching staff changes. Sparano is probably gone or goes back to TE's coach.
* If the Cowboys fail to go to the playoffs there will be a major turnover in personnel. Bill won't take blame so it's the players fault.
* Whether or not to cut the guards is the main decision to make in the off-season. Rivera is likely gone and Allen will likely stay. We have the highest paid guard tandem in the league and guards are generally paid nothing.
* Both think that the Cowboys make the playoffs if they finish 10-6. Even if Skins win out, there will likely only be 1 team from the South finish 10-6 or better.
