Dynasties deserve a chance

The NFL and its labor woes bore me. Serious snooze fest.
There is nothing worse than watching billionaires and millionaires tossing stacks of $100s at one another in anger.
Part of being in a radio relationship, though, is being willing to listen when your partner wants to "talk." As an aside, I am now understanding why boyfriends and husbands everywhere find the words "we need to talk" among the scariest in the English language.
The more I "talked" about this latest NFL money fight, though, the more I think, bring it on.
Uncap this sucker.
I would love to see what Cowboys owner Jerry Jones would do if the salary cap was gone. Who would he sign? Better yet, who wouldn't he?
Don't give me this stuff about how those poor owners in smaller markets would be unable to survive either.
There are no broke NFL owners. Not. A. Single. One.
What we have now are owners like Jones, who generate revenue and spend on their team, and owners like that clown Bill Bidwill in Phoenix, who wait with hand out to share the aforementioned revenue but rarely spend anywhere near cap-level.
Uncapping this sucker forces the cheapos to belly up to the bar. Or lose big.
So, while this latest pro sports money fight still bores me to death, it would get a lot more interesting if the result allows a return of free-wheeling Jerry.
One more thing: What I love about a possibly uncapped year in 2007 is a possible return to dynasties. Give me a dynasty over parity any day.
