Romo Growing into a better Game Manager

BETTER MANAGER:@ Bill Parcells saw plenty of improvement in
Tony Romo between his first and second starts, even though the
Cowboys lost the second one.

"Game management," Parcells said. "Less logistical problems.
The huddle and the defensive identification and calling out things
that are pertinent to the play. I think he did a much better job
there. He is studying very hard."

Parcells said that doesn't mean he's not still having to coach
Romo through games.

Romo said he has a good understanding of the offense, which
boosts his confidence on the field. So does he think Parcells will
let him do more in his third start Sunday at Arizona?

"The offense isn't throttled back to a point where we're just
doing grade school here. We do some good things," Romo said. "Of
course, the more successful I continue to be during the week and
during games, he's going to allow you to open up a little bit."

Romo is 42-of-72 passing (67 percent) for 554 yards, three
touchdowns and one interception in his starts.
