Some observers think Wade Phillips will be only keeping the Cowboys coach's chair warm for Bill Cowher, if and when the former Pittsburgh Steelers coach decides to return to the NFL. If Phillips guides this season's Cowboys to their first playoff win since 1996, he'll probably stick around for considerably longer than the skeptics think.
