Phillips still in Cowboy coaching mix

The Cowboys' official team site reports Chargers defensive coordinator Wade Phillips is still "high" on Jerry Jones' coaching list.

The job is up in the air despite most calling Norv Turner the frontrunner, but if Phillips gets it, Ron Rivera will not have a position in Dallas.
