DMN: Cowboy Blog: Romo's got jokes about Garrett

A sign that Tony Romo is developing a good relationship with his new offensive coordinator: He cracked a joke at Jason Garrett's expense.
Romo was asked about Garrett's fondness to getting the tight end involved.
“When Garrett was playing, he threw it to Novacek and the backs just because he couldn’t throw it to the receivers," Romo said. "That might have been because of his arm strength."

Hey, I never said it was a funny joke. In fact, Romo didn't even get courtesy snickers from reporters.

"No, I think Jason Garrett has a great understanding of the offensive system. He understands how to use the tight end and use everybody," Romo said after an awkward silence. "Everybody will be involved this year.”
