Cowboys expected to be ready for training camp

Cowboys LB Akin Ayodele (knee), LT Flozell Adams (knee), and WR Isaiah Stanback (foot) are expected to be ready for training camp.

Greg Ellis' rehab is also progressing and he'll likely keep his job despite a recent trade demand. Ayodele and Adams both had arthroscopic procedures and should be fine going forward. Stanback's status is the least certain.
