Newman has another enemy
Terence Newman better watch his back around Valley Ranch.
Andre Gurode has plotted revenge for the minicamp pantsing he suffered at the hands of Newman. Gurode let me know what he has planned, swearing me to secrecy and threatening to use the same humiliating method on me if I spilled the beans.
Now, Tony Romo is also looking for revenge against Newman. Romo, who otherwise had a swell time during the preseason opener, revealed that Newman was responsible for putting the insect on his jersey that provided entertainment for FOX viewers.
"Don't worry," Romo said with a scowl. "He's going to get his."
Private memo to Romo: Think of something other than taping Newman up and smearing Vaseline all over him if you don't want to step on your center's toes.
