Stop the presses: Barber finally practices!
By Tom Orsborn
Marion Barber is back.
The Cowboys' leading rusher and third-leading receiver practiced Thursday for the first time since he dislocated his right pinkie toe against Seattle on Thanksgiving Day. He sat out the loss in Pittsburgh last weekend while rehabbing the toe and a calf strain.
TE Jason Witten and WR Miles Austin (knee) also returned today.
Sitting out the workout were WR Roy Williams (foot), LG Montrae Holland (ankle), FS Ken Hamlin and SS Keith Davis (knee). Wade Phillips was optimistic Wednesday that all of the above will play against the Giants on Sunday night with the exception of Holland.
