DALLAS - 5NEWS Sports Adria Goins sat down with Felix Jones, running back for the Dallas Cowobys, for a one-on-one interview just to catch up with him and find out how he's doing. Here's a look inside that interview.

AG: Now you got injured last season, how is the rehab going?

FJ: Rehad is going well. I've been runing here lately. Working on my cuts and that's womething that I've got to use. Everything is going real well. I'm feeling good. I'm ready for the season.

AG: What percent would you say you are right now?

FJ: I'd say 95 percent. I'm not that far from being fully healthy. Still working on it and it's getting better everyday.

AG: Last season Jerry Jones hinted in the off-season that Marion Barber really does well coming off the bench. He's more effective that way. Is that maybe a possibility, that you might be starting next year?

FJ: Well, right now I'm just really working on just getting back into it. Marion Barber is a great back, a great person as well. Him playing in the game is going to make a difference either way, starting or coming off the bench. He's just that type of player and there's a lot that I can still learn from him. But for right now I'm just working on getting healthy and getting ready for the upcoming season.

AG: What's a superstition that Felix Jones has before every game?

FJ: I pray before I get on the field. That's a big habit of mine. I feel kind of empty if I don't before a game but like I said it's a habit that I usually do everyday and sometimes if I don't do it I have to come back and do it.
