Jason Garrett says Martellus Bennett has developed well

Dallas Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett said he believes TE Martellus Bennett's development over the last two seasons has gone every well, reports David Moore, of The Dallas Morning News. "His development over the course of these first two seasons have been outstanding. His contributions as a blocker have been significant. He's grown from a technical standpoint as well as an emotional standpoint about how to play in a game. Certainly, we'd like him to emerge (as a receiver) a little bit more. A little bit of that is a confidence level in the passing game, getting comfortable with what we're doing and being able to take what he's doing in practice to the game," Garrett said.
