TIDBIT: "There are going to be times in your career where it gets a little sticky," Parcells told him. "Sometimes, you just got to be your own blocker and just somehow manage to rip off one of those big runs, or a good run, where everybody sees it and it gets everybody excited. ... As an individual runner, you can make one guy miss or run through a tackle and all of a sudden the whole landscape changes."Parcells said he recalls a team's "whole dynamic for a season" changed by a running back fighting off a hit in the backfield and getting a first down on a third-and-1.
