—DE Jason Davis, a 6-4, 302-pounder from West Virginia was signed. Originally signed by the Houston Texans as rookie free agent following the 2003 NFL draft, he spent most of the 2003 season on the Texans practice squad. In December the Texans moved Davis to the active roster, but he was inactive the final four games of the regular season. In 2004, he again went to camp with the Texans and spent the season on their practice squad. Davis went to camp with the Texans in 2005 before being released, and spent the 2005 season out of football. The Texans allocated Davis to the Berlin Thunder of NFL Europe in the spring of 2006. He was released at the end of the NFL Europe season.
