BIO: Former quarterback who moved to receiver as a sophomore and posted career-best totals of 36/488/2 last season.

POSITIVES: Big strong athlete with a developing game. Displays a good sense of timing, improved route-running and comes back to the ball out of breaks. Boxes out opponents with his large frame and extends for the reception, plucking the ball from the air. Nasty blocker who gets results downfield.

NEGATIVES: Not quick releasing off the line and takes a while to get it going. Must improve his footwork running routes.

ANALYSIS: A prospect who improved by leaps and bounds last year, Bilbo is a developmental receiver who will offer quarterbacks an enticing target at the next level.

PROJECTION: Early Seventh Round
